Many people have different names for the product we sell. Our favorite is Step thru Saddle, but here are a list of what others around the country are calling it: Step-thru or Step-through cutout, step over cutout, bathtub walk thru (walk through), bathtub conversion kit, walk in bathtub, DIY (do it yourself) kit, but It doesn't matter what you call it, what matters is that the product makes getting into the shower a lot easier!!!
We have been asked more recently if we have a store front where one can come look at our product. Sorry to say but we do not as we only have our manufacturing location. We aren't set up for customer/retail situation. If you are local and want to pick up your order we can arrange for that and will give you directions to our shop at that time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may caused you.
Remember most orders will ship within 48 hours of ordering, not including weekends. We don't manufacture on Fridays any more as we try to reserve that day to do our off site jobs., but we still answer phone calls on Fridays and weekends. Any questions let us know.
As of March 1, 2022 after much thought and consideration Carey and I have decided to Retire. We didn't want to put our customers in a bind so we found a wonderful company to take over our business. Bruce at Tumbleweed Fiberglass will be handling the business now with the same quality you have been used to. For a short time I will still be answering phones but you will be billed from Tumbleweed Fiberglass. Our hope is that you continue your journey with his company.
